Yanmar Series 168F Injector, with side fuel inlet and M12x1.25 pintle nozzle, suitable for the 168F single-cylinder air-cooled engines produced in China
Excellent product with exquisite craftsmanship.
The 168F injector is specifically designed for the Yanmar 168F single-cylinder diesel engine made in China. It adopts a low-inertia pintle design with a response time of less than 2 milliseconds, which can meet the high-speed operating conditions of 3000 RPM. It effectively reduces the post-injection dripping phenomenon and improves the injection efficiency. The injection atomization particle size does not exceed 50 microns, achieving a more uniform fuel injection. The fuel consumption rate is as low as 300 grams per kilowatt-hour, about 5% lower than that of similar models. The sealing conical surface of the needle valve is designed with a 60° angle, effectively reducing the risk of high-temperature carbon deposition in the swirl chamber and extending the engine life. This injector adopts a lateral fuel-inlet method, is equipped with an M12x1.25 fuel-inlet thread, has a single-hole diameter of 1.00 millimeter, an opening pressure of 15 MPa, and a flow rate of 0.85 liters per minute, ensuring a stable and precise fuel supply.
