Yanmar Series 168F Fuel Injection Pump, suitable for the 168F single-cylinder air-cooled engines
Excellent product with exquisite craftsmanship.
Yanmar Series 168F Fuel Injection Pump is a mechanical plunger type specifically engineered for single-cylinder diesel engines with swirl combustion systems. This pump is optimized to deliver fuel injection patterns that precisely match the swirl chamber geometry, significantly enhancing air-fuel mixing efficiency.
With plunger and barrel component clearance maintained within 0.002mm, the pump ensures stable fuel delivery even at high engine speeds up to 3000 rpm. It provides a power output of 2.42 kW, balancing reliability and performance for compact single-cylinder diesel engines.
The design’s focus on precise fuel metering and consistent injection supports improved combustion, reduced emissions, and better engine responsiveness in applications requiring robust single-cylinder powertrains.
