Cater-pillar CRI/CRS Fuel Injectors Suppliers
The Cater CRI/CRS series fuel injectors are purpose-built for mining equipment, heavy-duty trucks, and marine engines. Utilizing a dual-path control system that combines electromagnetic and hydraulic actuation, these injectors deliver ultra-high-pressure precision injection in the 1600–2000 bar range, powered by high-pressure engine oil.
The advanced electronic control system enables up to five discrete injection events per combustion cycle—including pilot, main, and three post-injections. During the pilot injection phase, combustion noise is reduced by 18%, while the main injection utilizes nano-precision nozzle orifices (droplet size CV < 0.9) to enhance combustion efficiency by 6–8% and reduce emissions. This series sets a performance benchmark for fuel systems operating under high-load conditions.
