The 192F Fuel Injection Pump is engineered for Yanmar-series KD192F and KD192FE single-cylinder diesel engines, providing stable and efficient fuel delivery for high-load operating conditions. Designed with a 7.5 mm plunger and a non-top-clearance configuration, the pump features a flat tappet mechanism that ensures consistent pressure performance between 30 and 40 MPa. This setup enhances fuel atomization and supports responsive injection timing.
The pump includes an M12x1.5 threaded outlet and an 8 mm rubber hose inlet connection for simple installation and secure fuel line integration. With an injection timing advance of 20° ±1°, it aligns precisely with the engine’s combustion cycle. Designed for engines with a 19.5:1 compression ratio and a four-stroke configuration, this pump enables the engine to deliver 7.6–8.6 kW of output power at rated speeds between 3000 and 3600 RPM. It also maintains fuel consumption in the range of 275–280 g/kW·h, providing strong and efficient power for agricultural machinery, generator sets, and compact construction equipment.
