The 1100F solenoid-valve-type Fuel Injection Pump is engineered for the Yanmar-series 1100FE single-cylinder diesel engine, offering precise compatibility with its 19:1 compression ratio and four-stroke configuration. Featuring an 8.0 mm plunger and a non-top-clearance design, the pump adopts a roller tappet structure to minimize friction and wear, enhancing durability and long-term performance.
Equipped with solenoid-controlled actuation, the pump delivers steady fuel injection at working pressures between 30 and 40 MPa, with a fueling advance angle of 23° ±1°, ensuring accurate timing and injection consistency. The pump integrates an M12x1.5 threaded fuel outlet and an 8 mm rubber hose inlet, allowing for quick installation and system compatibility.
Operating at a rated speed of 3000 RPM, the 1100F pump supports continuous fuel delivery to maintain a stable power output of 9.6 kW. Meanwhile, it keeps fuel consumption within 276–286 g/kW·h, balancing strong engine performance with fuel efficiency. It is well-suited for use in agricultural machines, construction power systems, and compact diesel-powered equipment where precision fuel control is essential.
