Yanmar Series 192F Fuel Injection Pump, with roller tappet body and M12x1.5 oil outlet connector, suitable for the KD192F/FE single-cylinder air-cooled engines
Excellent product with exquisite craftsmanship.
The 192F roller-type Fuel Injection Pump is designed for Yanmar-series KD192F and KD192FE single-cylinder diesel engines. While maintaining a 7.5 mm plunger and a non-top-clearance structure, this version upgrades the tappet mechanism to a roller design. Compared to flat tappet pumps, the roller tappet reduces friction through rolling contact, minimizing early wear and improving durability under continuous operation. An anti-wear misalignment structure further enhances mechanical stability.
The pump operates reliably under pressures of 30–40 MPa, with a fueling advance angle of 20° ±1°, ensuring accurate injection timing. It is equipped with an M12x1.5 outlet and supports an 8 mm rubber hose inlet for convenient installation and compatibility with existing fuel systems.
Under full-load conditions at 3600 RPM, the roller-type injection pump maintains a fuel consumption rate of ≤265 g/kW·h—approximately 8% lower than standard flat tappet pumps—while supporting consistent power output. It is especially well-suited for small agricultural equipment, portable generators, and other single-cylinder diesel engine applications requiring improved efficiency and long-term reliability.
