The 186FA fuel injector is engineered for the direct injection systems of KD186FA and KD186FAE single-cylinder diesel engines, optimized for precise fuel delivery at rated speeds between 3000 and 3600 RPM. It features a side inlet design with an M14x1.5 thread and a 4-hole type nozzle, operating at an injection pressure of 21 MPa. Available nozzle diameters include 0.21 mm, 0.23 mm, and 0.25 mm, with corresponding flow rates of 0.90, 1.00, and 1.10 L/min, enabling flexible adaptation to different combustion demands.
Working in coordination with the fuel injection pump, this injector supports engine power output from 7.9 to 9.0 horsepower. It promotes thorough fuel atomization and efficient combustion, reducing overall fuel consumption while maintaining stable engine performance.
