The 1115F fuel injection pump is specifically designed for 1115 single-cylinder diesel engines with large displacement (836 ml) and an 18:1 compression ratio. Operating at a rated speed of 3000 RPM, the pump delivers a stable injection pressure of approximately 40–50 MPa, ensuring complete fuel atomization for reliable 13.5 kW power output.

Built with a 9.5 mm non-top-clearance plunger and a precision plunger-barrel assembly, the pump allows for fine control over fuel delivery. The strengthened delivery valve and roller tappet structure reduce mechanical wear, enhance durability, and ensure responsive fuel delivery under heavy load conditions. High-strength alloy construction provides resilience for extended high-duty operation.

The pump features an M12x1.5 threaded fuel outlet and an 8 mm rubber hose inlet, enabling secure and easy system integration.
