The 1115F fuel injector is designed for 1115 single-cylinder diesel engines, featuring a top fuel inlet configuration with an M14x1.5 threaded connection and a 5-hole nozzle with a 0.24 mm hole diameter. The injector’s 5-hole spray pattern is optimized to match the 110×88 mm bore and stroke, ensuring uniform fuel coverage within the combustion chamber and enhanced combustion efficiency.Working in conjunction with the fuel injection pump, the 1115F injector achieves ultra-fine atomization with particle sizes of 15 microns or less, contributing to a fuel consumption rate between 266 and 276 g/kW·h.
