Yanmar series 192F injector, top-mounted fuel inlet, M12x1.5 thread, four/five-hole orifice nozzle, suitable for KD192F/FE single-cylinder air-cooled engines produced in China
Excellent product with exquisite craftsmanship.
The 192F fuel injector is designed for the direct injection system of KD192F and KD192FE single-cylinder diesel engines. It features a top fuel inlet configuration with an M12x1.5 thread and a hole-type nozzle, supporting both 4-hole and 5-hole variants. With nozzle diameters of 0.26 mm and 0.23 mm respectively, the injector delivers a flow rate between 1.20 and 1.30 L/min to accommodate various combustion and atomization needs.
Operating at an opening pressure of 21 MPa, this injector ensures accurate and responsive fuel delivery at rated engine speeds of 3000 to 3600 RPM. Working in tandem with the fuel injection pump, it enables the engine to deliver a consistent output of 10.3 to 11.7 horsepower. The design promotes complete fuel combustion, reduces fuel consumption, and enhances thermal efficiency. Its robust construction and compatibility make it suitable for agricultural equipment, generator sets, and other small diesel engine applications requiring reliable and efficient fuel systems.
