Yanmar Series 186FA Fuel Injection Pump is suitable for the KD186FA/FAE high-compression ratio single-cylinder air-cooled engines
Excellent product with exquisite craftsmanship.
The 186FA Fuel Injection Pump is purpose-built for Yanmar-series KD186FA and KD186FAE single-cylinder diesel engines, offering a precise match for their 19.5:1 compression ratio and four-stroke combustion system. With a 7.5 mm plunger and top-clearance configuration, this pump operates efficiently under a pump-side pressure of 30–40 MPa, ensuring stable and responsive fuel delivery even in demanding working conditions. It features a flat tappet structure for consistent mechanical movement, while the fuel outlet uses an M12x1.5 thread and the inlet accommodates a standard 8 mm rubber hose, allowing for easy installation and integration.
At a rated engine speed of 3000 to 3600 RPM, the 186FA injection pump supports a power output range of 5.8 to 6.6 kW. It enables the engine to operate with strong torque and reliability across a range of applications, from agricultural equipment to generators and construction machinery. With precise fuel control, the pump keeps fuel consumption within 275–280 g/kWh, offering both high performance and fuel efficiency. This makes it an essential component for maintaining optimal combustion and engine longevity in high-load single-cylinder systems.
