The 2V80F fuel injection pump adopts a distributive structure design. It is specifically developed for V-type twin-cylinder diesel engines, ensuring a high degree of balance in the fuel supply and pressure of the two cylinders. It supports a power output of 12 to 13 kilowatts and is suitable for a rated speed range of 3000 to 3600 rpm. The plunger diameter is 7.0 mm, with a non-top clearance design, matching a flat-bottom tappet body. The working pressure at the pump end is maintained within the range of 30 to 40 MPa, and the fuel injection advance angle is precisely controlled between 17° and 20°.
This fuel injection pump is compact in size. It is specially optimized to adapt to the limited installation space of the V-type twin-cylinder engine (with dimensions of 616×486×528 mm). It also integrates a speed governing mechanism to improve the response flexibility and adjustment accuracy of the power system. The inlet end uses a rubber tube interface with an inner diameter of 8 mm, and the outlet standard is M12x1.5 thread, which facilitates quick installation and maintenance.
It is widely used in agricultural machinery, industrial power equipment, and small construction machinery, taking into account both the stability of power output and fuel economy, and meeting the requirements of high-efficiency power demand and operation under harsh working conditions.
