The 2V100F fuel injection pump features a reinforced dual-plunger design, specifically developed for 1.382-liter V-type two-cylinder direct-injection diesel engines. It delivers stable injection pressure of 22–25 MPa and supports rated engine performance of 20.6 kW at 3000 RPM. With precision-matched components, fuel delivery deviation is kept within ±1.5%, ensuring consistent supply across both cylinders for enhanced combustion and output stability.
Integrated with a mechanical governor, the 2V100F pump is finely tuned to the engine’s 3000 RPM rated speed, enabling accurate fuel control to maintain stable engine operation. This helps maintain fuel consumption at or below 245 g/kW·h, offering a balance between powerful performance and fuel efficiency.
Designed for engines with 100 mm bore and 85 mm stroke, the pump is highly compatible with direct-injection systems. It is widely applied in agricultural power units, industrial generator sets, and construction machinery.
