2L90/2L92/2L95F Type twin-cylinder diesel engine injector, top-mounted fuel inlet, M12x1.5 thread, five-hole structure, suitable for the 2L90/2L92/2L95F in-line air-cooled twin-cylinder engines
Excellent product with exquisite craftsmanship.
The 2L90/2L92/2L95F fuel injector is designed for twin-cylinder direct-injection diesel engines, featuring a top inlet configuration with a standard M12x1.5 threaded connection. It incorporates five precisely machined spray holes (0.20 mm diameter) arranged to deliver a consistent spray cone angle of 145° ±2°, ensuring fine atomization and optimal fuel-air mixing in the combustion chamber.
Built with a low-inertia structure, the injector offers rapid response and stable performance at engine speeds exceeding 3000 RPM. The needle valve is made from high-strength 17CrNiMo6 case-hardened steel, offering excellent wear resistance and durability under high-pressure and high-temperature conditions.
With a rated flow capacity of 1.3 L/min and working pressure of 23 MPa, this injector performs reliably in tandem with matching fuel pumps. It supports output in the 14–15 kW range, while contributing to reduced fuel consumption and smoother engine operation.
Widely used in agricultural machinery, generator sets, and compact industrial diesel systems, the 2L90–2L95F injector is an essential component for precise fuel delivery and efficient combustion in twin-cylinder diesel engines.
