The 2V95F fuel injection pump adopts a double-plunger design, ensuring a high-level balance of fuel supply volume and pressure in the two cylinders of the V-type twin-cylinder engine. The fuel supply deviation is strictly controlled within ±2%. This fuel injection pump supports a power output of 17 to 18 kilowatts and is suitable for rated speed conditions of 3000 to 3600 rpm, meeting the needs of high-performance fuel injection.The diameter of the plunger is 7.5 millimeters. It adopts a non-top-clearance design and is matched with two types of tappet bodies: flat-bottom and roller. The working pressure at the pump end is maintained within the range of 30 to 40 megapascals, and the fuel injection advance angle is precisely controlled between 17° and 20°. The size of the pump body is 535×580×535 millimeters. It has a compact structure and is specifically optimized to adapt to the limited installation space of the V-type twin-cylinder engine.This fuel injection pump is equipped with a special transmission mechanism, which is perfectly adapted to a counter-clockwise rotating crankshaft, ensuring smooth and stable power transmission. The oil inlet interface uses a rubber tube with an inner diameter of 8 millimeters, and the oil outlet end is a standard M12x1.5 threaded joint, which is convenient for installation and maintenance. It is widely used in agricultural machinery, industrial power equipment, and light-duty construction machinery, taking into account both the stability of power output and fuel economy.
