The Yanmar twin-cylinder series is precisely tailored for diesel engines with bore diameters ranging from 80 to 105 mm, covering the complete range of industrial engine models from 2V80F to 2V105F. Backed by a fully integrated in-house intelligent manufacturing system and equipped with advanced international machinery for fuel pump and nozzle production, we achieve 100% in-house manufacturing of the three core components: nozzle assembly, plunger assembly, and injector body.

This enables rapid, in-depth customization capabilities across the product line. We have successfully developed and mass-produced fuel injection systems for the 2V80F, 2V92F, 2V95F, and 2V100F series. With micron-level manufacturing precision and industrial-grade reliability, this series continues to drive technological advancement in core components for off-road power systems.
