Compatible with Caterpillar HEUI series fuel injector C9-387-9433 – suitable for C9/C9.3 trucks and mining dump trucks

The injector is compatible with Caterpillar HEUI series injector CAT C9-387-9433 and is suitable for C9/C9.3 diesel engines under the Tier 4 Final emission standard. It is widely used in vehicle platforms with high working condition requirements such as highway transportation trucks and heavy-duty dump trucks for mining areas.

This injector adopts the HEUI hydraulic electronic control system, which provides driving force through engine oil. The maximum driving pressure can reach 260 bar, and it can achieve stable fuel injection without relying on the engine speed. Equipped with an IVS integrated fuel quantity sensor, it supports real-time monitoring of fuel injection and has a fuel temperature compensation accuracy of ±1.5%. It can still maintain fuel injection consistency under working conditions with large temperature differences or frequent load fluctuations.

This structure performs well in reducing fuel consumption fluctuations and improving exhaust gas emission control. At the same time, it supports the access of the fleet remote diagnostic system, which facilitates operation, maintenance and management.
