As the world’s most widely adopted second-generation hydraulic servo-type common rail injectors, the DENSO G2 series serves as the core injection unit for commercial diesel engines. Leveraging mature electro-hydraulic control technology and nanometer-level precision manufacturing, it delivers outstanding performance across a wide range of operating conditions.

Its innovative dual-chamber hydraulic balance design—comprising an A control chamber and B needle chamber—works in tandem with a 220MPa (2200 bar) pressure-resistant sealing system to achieve rapid response times of ≤0.25 milliseconds and ultra-precise injection at pressures ranging from 1600 to 2200 bar. The injector’s pressure durability is tripled, while pilot injection accuracy reaches ±0.5mm³. In addition, the main injection profile dynamically adapts to transient engine loads, forming a robust foundation for efficient combustion and ultra-low emissions control.
