  • How to resolve the issue of not receiving the goods?

    If you do not receive the goods within the expected timeframe, please first check whether the delivery address and contact information you provided are correct.
    Next, please contact our customer service team promptly. We will immediately verify the order's shipment details, including the logistics company, tracking number, and delivery status. If issues arise during transportation, we will coordinate with the logistics provider to assist you in resolving problems, such as locating the shipment or negotiating compensation. If the delay or error is due to our side, we will take immediate corrective actions to ensure you receive the goods as soon as possible.

  • How is your after-sales service?

    We provide comprehensive after-sales services, including product consultation, installation guidance, and troubleshooting support.  
    If you encounter any issues during product use, please feel free to call our after-sales hotline at any time. Our professional technicians will respond promptly and provide effective solutions.  
    Additionally, we conduct regular customer follow-ups to understand product usage and satisfaction, continuously improving our products and services based on feedback.

  • Can I order samples?

    Yes, sample orders are available. We welcome customers to order samples first for inspection and testing to ensure our products meet your requirements.

  • What is the cost of samples, and will it be refunded after placing a bulk order?

    The cost of samples varies depending on the product type and production costs. As we offer a wide range of product models, please contact our customer service team for specific pricing details.
    For customers placing bulk orders, if the sample fee accounts for a certain proportion of the total order amount, we can negotiate partial or full reimbursement of the sample fee after delivery of the bulk order. Specific policies will be confirmed during order negotiations.

  • Do you provide quality assurances?

    Yes, we provide quality assurances. All our products undergo rigorous inspections and tests before leaving the factory to ensure they meet quality standards. In case of quality issues within the warranty period, we will handle them in accordance with our warranty policy.
